Quality Control Manager (Olivos)

WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?  Graduate professional in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related careers.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry.  Experience leading teams and/or supervising laboratories.  Solid knowledge of GMP, ANMAT regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.  Experience in deviation management, OOS/OOT, CAPA, validation and transfer of analytical methods.  Management of suppliers and outsourced laboratories.  Knowledge of analytical and chromatographic techniques (HPLC/UHPLC).  Advanced English, with the ability to interact with global teams and review technical documentation.  Experience in biological and/or biotechnological products and in multinational pharmaceutical companies will be valued.  Valued competencies: Leadership and team development, Analytical capacity and problem-solving, Orientation towards quality and regulatory compliance, Planning, organization and decision-making, Excellent communication and influence skills, Ability to relate to regulatory bodies, suppliers and international teams.  WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?  Workplace: Olivos  Working day: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hs.  Contract modality: indefinite through Adecco  Salary outside of collective bargaining agreement, according to the position  Benefits: on-site dining, private health insurance, possibility of early departure on Fridays depending on operations.
