WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?
- Manage accommodation reservations for personnel.
- Coordinate land, river, and air transfers, both national and international.
- Perform issuances, modifications, and flight tracking.
- Verify and control the documentation necessary for personnel transfers.
- Control supplier invoicing and manage approvals with the Administration area.
- Administer and track supplier current accounts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal areas to ensure compliance with logistical planning.
WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operational positions related to personnel logistics, travel coordination, or tourism.
- Intermediate/advanced English, oral and written (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
- Experience using ERP management systems or similar.
- Training in Tourism, Tourism Service Management, or related careers (desirable).
