An important logistics company is looking for a temporary Back Office, part-time, Ezeiza Airport area to join its work team. The position will provide administrative and operational support in air import and export processes, collaborating with the coordination and execution of operations to ensure compliance with commitments made to customers and suppliers.

We are looking for people with previous knowledge in the industry, a dynamic profile, orientation to detail, and the desire to develop professionally in a challenging environment of constant learning.

Main responsibilities

• Monitoring of import and export shipments.
• Reception, control, and delivery of operational documentation.
• Attention and processing of requests from internal and external customers.
• Verification of documentary, regulatory, and quality compliance in Comercio Exterior processes.
• Loading of events and documentation into internal operating systems.
• Handling of inquiries, review of billing, and payment follow-up.
• Assembly and breakdown of manifests (airway bills).
• Contact and coordination with Aduana, airlines, cargo terminals, and carriers.
• Participation in meetings, drills, and training.
• Collaboration with different areas to optimize the operational flow.

Requirements

• Advanced students or graduates of Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Comercio Exterior, or related careers. (mandatory).
• Knowledge of air import and export processes. (mandatory).
• Previous experience in logistics, comercio exterior, or similar positions (mandatory).
• Handling of Excel, intermediate level (mandatory).
• English intermediate or advanced level, with certification (mandatory).
• Proactive, analytical, organized profile, and oriented toward teamwork.
• Having own mobility to enter the Airport area (mandatory).

Salary
