Job Objective

The main responsibility of this position will be to provide support in the quality control of architectural works within construction projects, verifying compliance with plans, technical specifications, procedures, and established standards.

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager and the Architectural Works Manager.

WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?

Perform on-site inspections to verify compliance of works according to contractual documentation, including:

• Plans and technical documentation.
• Project specifications.
• Quality procedures.
• Submittals.
• Project standards and requirements.

Review construction plans, projects, technical documentation, submittals, and specifications before their presentation to the client.

Verify that documentation and executed works comply with established quality control standards and procedures.

Identify possible deviations or non-compliances during inspections and collaborate in their follow-up and resolution.

Provide support to the Quality Control and Architectural Works team in activities linked to the project.

WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?

• University degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Fluent English, both written and oral, with special emphasis on reading and writing technical documentation. (Mandatory)
• 3 years of experience in building construction projects. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Quality Control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to interpret and review:
• Construction plans.
• Projects and technical documentation.
• Submittals.
• Project technical specifications

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

Workplace: CABA (Buenos Aires)

Schedule: full time. Monday to Thursday: from 10:00 to 21:00 hs. Friday: from 10:00 to 19:00 hs.

Modality: on-site
