WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?

• Plan, direct, and supervise mechanical projects within the plant, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Coordinate projects with internal staff, operational areas, and contracting companies.
• Control project progress and compliance with established schedules.
• Manage the budget and administrative follow-up of assigned projects.
• Analyze and implement improvements in processes, procedures, and equipment to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in the review of completed projects to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze executed investments and collaborate in the development of the master investment plan.
• Manage area performance indicators.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and perform technical evaluations of equipment and suppliers.
• Participate in the definition of technologies, standardization of equipment, and work procedures.

WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?

• Graduate Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing mechanical projects within industrial plants.
• Experience in planning, coordination, and follow-up of investment projects.
• Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Advanced Excel skills and good command of the Office suite.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Analytical profile, results-oriented, with planning and decision-making capacity.
