- Planning and coordination of crew staffing, ensuring the operational coverage of the vessels.
- Management and control of offshore personnel documentation, verifying the validity of permits, certificates, and required aptitudes.
- Coordination of reliefs, embarkations, disembarkations, and personnel rotation schedules.
- Administration of performance evaluations and coordination of mandatory training for the crew.
- Attention and follow-up of administrative inquiries from offshore personnel, providing support throughout the entire operational cycle.
- Preparation and updating of reports and management indicators linked to staffing, documentation, and personnel availability.
WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE?
- Being a student or graduate of Lic. en Psicología, Lic. en RRHH, Lic. en Relaciones Laborales or related fields (Mandatory)
- Experience in similar tasks of 3 years or more (Mandatory)
- Experience with management systems (Mandatory)
- Experience in the maritime industry and/or being offshore (Desirable)
- Intermediate English (Mandatory)
- Communication skills and good interpersonal relationships
