Parcel Sorter - Night Shift

About the company

Are you a night owl with a strong work ethic We’re seeking reliable and experienced Parcel Sorter (Night Shift) to join a trusted courier company in Sutton.

Your tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hand-sort mail and sort parcels into the correct routes and locations.
• Bag, label and prepare parcels for delivery.
• Move mail within the depot and load and unload containers.
• Scan items accurately and maintain an organised, safe working area.
• Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced depot team.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, parcel sorting, logistics or distribution experience would be preferred
• Must have safety boots & hi-vis jacket
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Ability to work night shifts until all tasks are completed.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (cost deducted from first week’s pay)
• Must be available for an immediate start

• Parcel Sorter, Warehouse Operative, Mail Sorter, Warehouse Sorter, Warehouse Assistant, Picker Packer, Picker, Packer or in a similar role.

Job Info

• Shift Start: 11:00 PM (until finish)
• Hours: Minimum 8-hour shift
• Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate: £17:00 per hour (uplifted PAYE Umbrella)
