Corporate Training Executive
(Appointment Setter)
Job Description
Addison Institute is expanding our Corporate Training division and we are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Corporate Training Executives.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging companies, identifying potential training needs and arranging qualified appointments for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients
- Engage HR personnel, business owners and key decision-makers
- Introduce Addison Institute’s corporate training and workforce upskilling solutions
- Identify and qualify potential corporate training opportunities
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Business Development team
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients when required
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments and prospect information
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and the Corporate Executive Team Lead
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets
- Participate in regular coaching, training and team meetings
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service or sales will be an advantage
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
