Addactis - Information Systems (IS) Administrator (M/F)

Reporting to the CIO, you will join a human-sized IT department with complementary expertise (systems and networks administration, IT support, MOA). You will be part of the infrastructure, network, and security team across the entire multi-site, international group perimeter, in a hybrid environment (on-premise / cloud). As a network and security engineer, you will ensure the following missions:

Exploitation & supervision

Administer and supervise all multi-site network and security components of the group,

Supervise identity management,

Automate exploitation processes, for example using PowerShell,

Provide level 2 support to the support team or reinforce them occasionally as needed,

Security & risk management

Monitor and ensure the reduction of vulnerabilities,

Evaluate risks and impacts during maintenance, migration, or evolution operations,

Project management & provider management

Lead evolution projects in connection with external providers and internal teams,

Participate in the consultation phases prior to projects,

Supervise providers in connection with the network and security perimeter,

Reporting & documentation

Communicate between different stakeholders (management, employees, providers),

Write documentation inherent to the network and security (DAT, DEX, MOP…),

Ensure compliance with quality indicators and provide reporting to the CIO,

Expertise & technological watch

Provide your network and security expertise,

Ensure technological watch in the domains relevant to your perimeter.

And what if it were you? You have an engineering background in computer science, specialized in security and networks, and you have about ten years of experience during which you have led implementation projects for equipment or applications around network and security themes and managed multi-site network environments in an international context. You have expertise in the following themes:

Hyperconverged infrastructures, ideally Nutanix,

Multi-site networks, ideally Meraki & Palo Alto,

NAC, ideally Cisco ISE,

Virtualization, ideally AHV,

WAF, ideally Imperva,

Web Filtering, ideally Umbrella,

SIEM, ideally Sekoia,

VPN, ideally F5,

Data governance, ideally Varonis,

NDR, ideally Darktrace,

Backup, ideally HYCU, Metallic

Bastion, ideally Beyond Trust,

Office 365

On-premise, cloud, hybrid environments.

Windows, Linux operating systems

Knowledge of SCCM, GLPI, ServiceNav applications would be a plus

You are capable of leading internal projects or projects in direct connection with providers by implementing the necessary monitoring tools. You demonstrate rigor, team spirit, organization, and pedagogical skills. You are comfortable communicating, notably in English, gaining buy-in, and possess a strong sense of service.
