Legal Partner

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal due diligence on properties and transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements. Provide legal guidance on property, land, and business transactions. Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Handle legal correspondence and support dispute resolution. Liaise with solicitors, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of legal documents and agreements. Provide practical legal advice to management on business decisions.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL). 2–5 years of relevant post-call experience. Experience in real estate, property law, or c ommercial law is preferred. Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and commercial laws. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, attention to detail, integrity, and professional judgment. Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly
