IT Engineer

1. Responsible for creating the IT infrastructure for a new factory in Thailand from start to finish, covering planning, implementation, and commissioning of structured cabling systems, server rooms, CCTV security systems, access control systems, and time attendance systems.
2. Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot factory networks, servers, and office equipment to maintain production network stability.
3. Manage telecommunications service providers and local IT vendors, monitoring internet service activation, business negotiations, and after-sales services.
4. Cooperate in the installation and testing of the group's core production systems, such as ERP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), to adapt them to the local context of the Thailand factory.
5. Provide desktop computer support to factory employees, resolving hardware and software issues for both Chinese and Thai employees, including preparing bilingual user manuals.
6. Responsible for data backup and data security management in compliance with group headquarters requirements and regulatory laws in Thailand.
7. Act as a communication bridge between the headquarters IT team and the local Thailand team, communicating requirements both ways to ensure accurate information transfer.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Management, or a related field. Able to listen, speak, read, and write Chinese fluently (Chinese descent will be specially considered); able to communicate with Thai employees and vendors without obstacles. Good ability to read and write English, understand English technical documents, and speak basic English for daily tasks. Candidates who can speak Chinese will be specially considered. Familiar with TCP/IP protocols, VLAN segmentation, and VPN configuration. Able to install and debug network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls independently. Candidates with CCNA / HCIA certifications will be specially considered. Familiar with Windows Server and client operating systems, AD domain management. Have experience in physical server maintenance.
