Your mission:

As an Application Engineer, you will be the point of reference accompanying customers to get the most out of AdaOne - from installation to production.

• Deploy, configure, and provide support for AdaOne at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (bugs, post-processing, robot integration, slicer settings).

• Train and support users (researchers, engineers, machine operators).
• Transform field needs into concrete results and use cases.

• Collect and structure user feedback to evolve the product.
• Travel regularly within Europe and internationally for on-site interventions.

• Work hand in hand with the product and development teams to align user needs and features.

Your profile:

A graduate in robotics, mechatronics, or equivalent, you ideally have initial technical experience in customer relations, particularly regarding CAD/CAM software or hardware. You master the basics of robotics integration (languages, configuration, environment).

You enjoy solving real engineering problems, talking to users, and making sure everything works.

You are comfortable with robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing.

You are mobile, curious, and able to adapt to various contexts.

You speak English fluently (spoken and written) - indispensable.

Bonus: experience in production, integration, or instrumentation (sensors).
