RDM/Drawing Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate Rod Breakdown Machine (RDM) to draw 8mm copper rod to required sizes (1.5 mm- 3.0 mm) Set and change drawing dies as per production plan Monitor and control inline annealer for proper softness/elongation Check wire diameter regularly with micrometer/vernier caliper Ensure quality, minimize scrap and wire breakage Carry out basic cleaning, die maintenance, and preventive maintenance Strictly follow Safety, Quality, and SOPs Keep daily production report

Requirements:

A minimum of SSCE 2-4 years of proven experience as RDM / Drawing Machine Operator in a CABLE / WIRE manufacturing company (Coleman, MicCom, Cutix, etc. experience is added advantage) Good knowledge of drawing dies, annealing process and wire quality Ability to read basic technical instructions Must be disciplined, safety-conscious, and ready to work shifts Age 25-45
