Job Description

We are looking for our "Night Receptionist" M/F/X within Adagio Tour Eiffel on a CDI contract. As a true actor within the Cercle, our space that reinvents the codes of traditional reception, you accompany clients from their arrival to their departure to offer them the best possible experience.

Your missions, if you accept them?

• You are the guide and travel buddy of our clients throughout their entire stay!
• You are the expert in customer satisfaction, anticipating and resolving all little hassles with a warm welcome and personalized solutions.
• You tell clients about all the cool adventures to do in the city and the surroundings, so they don't miss a single opportunity to have fun.
• You announce all the cool events and the aparthotel services like a master of ceremonies!
• You promote our offers and our loyalty program to our clients, like the true ambassador that you are!
• You juggle invoices and payments, ensuring that everything is fluid.
