• Ensures a warm and personalized welcome to each of our customers
• Establishes good relations with our customers, listens to them, advises them, and builds loyalty.
• Ensures compliance with our brand norms and standards and enforces them.
• Guarantees the setup of the dining room and the back office.
• Performs the tidying and cleaning of the dining room and the back office after service.-Performs the cleaning of the common areas of the aparthotelProfile soughtEnglish (good knowledge) and notions of Italian are a plus.
