In the Automobile Services division, ADAC Service GmbH provides comprehensive assistance and service solutions for B2B customers such as automotive manufacturers, insurance companies, leasing companies, and fleets – nationally and internationally within the framework of the ARC-Europe network. The portfolio ranges from assistance services and workshop tests to damage services, as well as breakdown assistance and mobility management for commercial vehicles over 3.5 tons. Through the subsidiary ADAC Truckservice GmbH, these services are also offered throughout Europe for trucks and buses.

Sales Coordinator Workshop Test (w|m|d)

Your tasks:

• You manage existing clients in the workshop test sector and acquire new customers.
• You prepare offers and accompany tender processes.
• You take over the internal coordination of ADAC activities for workshop test clients.
• The management and further development of our test customer pool as well as the expert network are also part of your area of responsibility.
• You analyze the profitability of existing contracts with our B2B customers and support contract negotiations through well-founded evaluations.
• You monitor market developments regarding workshop test services and participate in the development of new B2B products in the field of workshop quality.
• You support the further development and expansion of our workshop test services.
• Furthermore, you support the sales of assistance services and create reports for our clients.

Your qualifications:

• You have a completed degree in automotive engineering or industrial engineering. Alternatively, you have successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector followed by further training as a Kfz-Meister or Serviceberater.
• You bring an affinity for IT, data management, and VBA topics and have proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• You are characterized by a strong service orientation, a confident appearance, and high commitment.
• You communicate clearly and appropriately to the target audience with various contact persons.
• You possess flexibility as well as the willingness to undertake regular business trips.
• An independent and responsible way of working completes your profile.
• You have very good English skills.
