Job Description

Do you want to truly participate and not just watch? During this internship, you are simply part of the sales team. You will discover how customer contact, data, marketing, and sales work together to create new opportunities. Do you have ideas or initiative? Even better. The more you show, the more responsibility (and fun) you get. You will work on real projects and build skills that will truly benefit you later.

What will you do?

• Participate in the sales team and assist with daily sales tasks.
• Prepare and conduct customer conversations (yes, even yourself).
• Conduct market research and check where opportunities lie.
• Analyze the customer journey and spot trends.
• Propose ideas to make marketing and sales smarter.
• Map out customer needs.
• Help with marketing actions, communication, and webcare.
• Support acquisition, quotes, and deals.
• Learn how orders and aftersales are managed.

Requirements

What do you bring?

• You are following an mbo- or hbo-education in a commercial direction.
• You are curious, social, and not afraid to ask questions.
• You can (or want to learn to) communicate with customers, also in English.
• You take things on independently and do not wait until someone asks.
• You see opportunities and just go for it.
