About the Role

Acures Pharma Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing strategies for Anchor Medicated Oil, with a focus on expanding the brand’s presence in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the local market, identifying customer segments and developing data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the Singapore market for medicated oil and related consumer products.
  • Research consumer behaviour, purchasing patterns and market trends across different age groups.
  • Analyse marketing opportunities among Singapore residents and foreign-worker communities.
  • Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies for each segment.
  • Study competitors, pricing, distribution channels, promotions and market positioning.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail and community-based channels.
  • Develop strategies to increase Anchor Medicated Oil’s brand awareness and retail sales.
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer response and sales data to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Work with retail partners, distributors and sales teams to develop promotional activities.
  • Develop social media and content strategies suitable for different customer demographics.
  • Recommend suitable marketing channels, promotional campaigns and customer-engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor market developments and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing partners to execute campaigns.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for sustainable brand growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, market research and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies for consumer products is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, customer demographics and campaign performance.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and develop practical, data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Candidates with experience analysing multicultural consumer markets will be advantageous.
