Hr Officer

Out Client, a successful company within the Agriculture industry seeks an experienced HR Officer.

Location: Tema, Ghana

Salary: USD 800 CTC Monthly

The Role entail the full execution of the employee life cycle from hire to exit process. This includes Performance Management, Budgets, etc.

They need someone who is operationally very strong and has successfully worked with a workforce of 40+ people i.t.o all HR matters.

Requirements:

Completed HR Qualification Minimum 5 years HR Generalist/Operational exp essential Extensive knowledge of Statutory requirements - relevant Labour Acts in Ghana Experience working with locals and expatriates
