About the role Acumed Medical Group, a one-stop healthcare solutions company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resource support and solutions to our organisation, ensuring the efficient management of our people and talent. What you'll be doing Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic objectives

Collaborate with managers to identify and address HR-related issues, providing guidance and recommendations

Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture

Conduct training and development programs to upskill and empower our employees

Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision-making

What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry

Demonstrated expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle, with a strong understanding of HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic HR solutions

Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Familiarity with Singaporean employment laws and regulations
