Telecom Technician (M/F)

Join the Actual teams as a Telecom Technician (m/f) in Aix-en-Provence for a dynamic 6-month mission starting in September. Integrated into the Regional Direction and under the responsibility of the production manager, you will play a key role in guaranteeing quality of service for our operator and telecom equipment manufacturer clients.

Your main missions:

You will be responsible for the installation, deployment, and operational maintenance of IT, telecom, and network equipment. You will intervene on-site to handle incidents and ensure the daily management of the physical and logical equipment of our information systems. Your ability to meet client needs within varying timeframes and your ease in communicating in English with our technical support will be indispensable assets for success in this position.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous, and reactive person. Proficiency in technical English is necessary to exchange effectively with our national and international support services.

Your missions are as follows:

• You install and maintain IT, telecom, and network equipment in operational condition.
• You respond to our clients' requests on short-term, medium-term, and scheduled timeframes.
• You carry out deployment, installation, operation, and maintenance (on-site) operations for this equipment and handle incidents.
• You ensure the routine management of the physical and logical equipment of the information system.
• You will communicate in English with support services based abroad (or in France).

Practical information:

This is a full-time contract of 35 hours per week. The annual remuneration is set at euros.
