Export Technical Support Engineer M/F

Due to the internal evolution of the current employee towards sales functions, you will join the after-sales service (SAV) department with a major focus on large-scale export. Reporting directly to the SAV Manager, you are the guarantor of technical mastery, performance, and the global monitoring of our entire export network. Without direct management, you act as a true partner to our international subsidiaries and distributors. This strategic position combines high-level technical assistance, remote coordination, and regular field presence abroad. Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows:

Ensure complete monitoring and technical support for the export network (subsidiaries, distributors, and end customers) to guarantee optimal use of devices and consistent service quality on a global scale. Drive the animation and training of the international network by developing and delivering advanced technical training and commissioning on-site or remotely. Regularly evaluate the technical skills of foreign distributors, identify skill needs, and define necessary corrective action plans. Provide a second-level technical and IT hotline to remotely resolve complex incidents encountered by local teams in the field. Coordinate international SAV activities throughout the product life cycle and centralize the communication of the company's technical information to the global network. Promote and deploy commercial maintenance contracts to export network partners to develop the SAV turnover in your area. Report data and malfunctions from the international field to actively participate in the continuous improvement of equipment with the Bureau d'Études and Quality departments.

This position requires dual technical and interpersonal skills, with a real vocation for network animation and intercultural communication. Master's degree (Bac+5) preferred in a technical or engineering field with a minimum of 3 years of experience desired in industrial technical support or international SAV functions. Fluent and imperative command of English (daily hotline, writing technical documentation, and conducting training sessions with foreign interlocutors). You have confirmed multi-technical expertise: électrotechnique, industrial electricity, and mechanics. Solid knowledge in froid industriel is strongly appreciated. You are recognized:
