Billing Accountant (M/F)

We are looking for, for one of our clients, an Accountant / Management Controller M/F for a temporary mission of several months, to be filled starting from August 24, 2026. Your missions: Reporting to the Finance team, you will work on various missions in management accounting and management control:

• Control and analyze accounting entries and analytical imputations.
• Ensure the monitoring and validation of invoices as well as their correct allocation.

• Issue internal billings and monitor re-invoicing.
• Calculate, control, and monitor provisions, prepaid expenses, and accrued income.

• Prepare adjustment entries and participate in accounting closings.
• Ensure the monitoring of expenses, budgets, and costs in connection with various internal stakeholders.

• Support operational teams on urgent or exceptional payment requests.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and contribute to projects for the optimization of tools and information systems.

• Graduate with a Bac+2/3, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, or Bac+4/5 with at least 6 months of experience in accounting (Internships and work-study included). Notions of data analysis, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Good level of professional English.

Conditions Temporary mission to be filled from August 24, 2026, until December 31, 2026. Location: Paris 19e. 35 hours per week.
