NDT Controller (M/F)

The Actual experts agency in Guyancourt is looking for its client specializing in the maintenance of aeronautical equipment. An NDT Controller (M/F).

Reporting to the Wheels and Brakes workshop manager, you will perform curative, corrective, and preventive maintenance on the wheels and brakes of various aircraft, as well as perform non-destructive testing using one or more of the following 3 methods: Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, and Eddy Current. You may be an NDT expert or wish to train for this profession.

You have at least the Dye Penetrant Level 1 certification and significant experience in aeronautics.

Your main missions:

• Ensure the conformity of parts with respect to regulatory requirements and the expected quality level
• Define non-destructive testing sequences
• Operate a semi-automatic dye penetrant line, monitor its operation, and perform simple interventions if necessary
• Analyze the structure of parts
• Inspect parts according to the special processes defined in the technical documentation
• Identify any anomalies and characterize defects
• Optimize flows to improve performance (lead times, processing cost)
• Perform analysis reports and complete quality standard monitoring and traceability supports in the IT system
• Perform three-dimensional measurements
• Route parts to surface treatment after NDT processing
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the sector
• Organize the qualification of control devices and their periodic monitoring
• Complete quality supports and production monitoring
• Adjust and control NDT equipment and baths (dye penetrant)
• Add the necessary products for control operations
• Adjust production parameters according to documentation (Temp, intensity, washing)
• Prepare parts and check the operation of equipment and tooling

Required diplomas:
