Retail Store Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

SALES MANAGEMENT Develop sales and achieve turnover objectives Advise customers on equipment and services adapted to their needs Implement commercial actions and promotions Ensure the monitoring of store performance indicators.

TEAM MANAGEMENT Supervise, motivate, and support sales staff and technicians Organize schedules and distribute tasks Train employees on products and sales techniques Ensure compliance with procedures and service quality.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT Supervise stocks, orders, and supplies Guarantee the proper presentation of the store and products Control inventories and limit stock discrepancies Ensure compliance with safety rules.

TECHNICAL AND AFTER-SALES FOLLOW-UP Coordinate workshop and after-sales service activity Follow repairs and manufacturer warranties Maintain a quality relationship with suppliers and manufacturers.

Profile Description Commercial, technical, or agricultural training Experience in store management, specialized distribution, or motoculture Good knowledge of green space maintenance products and motorized equipment Team management experience appreciated.
