Dive into a gourmet and refined universe by joining a house specializing in artisanal delights. We are recruiting a Store Manager to support the development of our boutique located in Haguenau. Acting as a true deputy to the Store Manager, you will actively contribute to the performance and atmosphere of the boutique:
- Showcase products and create an attractive and gourmet sales space
- Lead, support, and unite the team on a daily basis
- Develop sales and participate in achieving commercial objectives
- Guarantee a warm, personalized, and high-quality customer experience
- Participate in the operational management of the store (opening, closing, daily organization)
- Ensure the correct application of internal procedures and service quality
- Monitor commercial indicators and contribute to performance actions
- Participate in the recruitment, integration, and training of employees
- Ensure stock management and product availability

We are looking for a person with at least two years of experience in a similar supervisory position in a point of sale, ideally in the commerce or retail sector. With a Bac+2 degree in commerce or equivalent, you are proficient in Office pack IT tools, particularly Excel and Word. Proficiency in English is indispensable.
Beyond skills, you are a person passionate about gourmet products, endowed with a true sense of commerce and customer service. You are recognized for your natural leadership, your ability to unite a team, and your proactivity in daily management. Interpersonal ease, rigor, and dynamism are among your essential assets.
