Your tasks
Take responsibility for the production of a human-sized site and contribute directly to its performance and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will supervise a team of 8 to 10 people (operators, line leaders, and temporary workers) and work closely with internal departments to guarantee production performance.
- Production management: organize and supervise activities to guarantee the fulfillment of the manufacturing program, optimize the use of production tools, and adapt human and material resources according to priorities and unforeseen events
- Team management: supervise, animate, and support production teams, set a clear working framework, develop skills, and mobilize employees around the site's objectives
- Quality & food safety: guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety requirements in an IFS / BRC certified environment, ensure employee safety and product food safety, in connection with Quality Assurance
- Performance & Continuous Improvement: monitor production indicators, analyze variances, and implement actions to improve productivity, material usage, and line performance.

Requirements
Job Description Do you work in the agri-food industry and know the requirements of an IFS / BRC certified environment?
Holder of a Bac+2 / Bac+5 in industrial production, industrial engineering, or agri-food. You have proven experience in the agri-food industry.
You are proficient in environments subject to high quality, hygiene, and food safety requirements and are proficient in IT tools as well as an ERP such as SAP.
Comfortable with operational excellence tools (Lean, 5S, SMED, PDCA), you know how to analyze performance indicators to optimize results.
A field manager, you know how to structure the organization, prioritize, and manage unforeseen events. Determined and pragmatic, you are capable of establishing methods while remaining attentive to the human element.
Your leadership and sense of responsibility allow you to guide teams toward performance.

- Day shift position with management of 3×8 teams
- Salary: 49 to 53K€ gross/annual over 13 months depending on experience + performance bonus (6% of the annual gross base)
