EXPORT & LOGISTICS OFFICER M/F

Location: Marckolsheim (industrial and port zone) Start date: early May 2026

THE ROLE

As part of its international activities, our client, a recognized player in its sector, is looking for an Export & Logistics Officer to strengthen its team. You will act as an interface between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, and ensure the complete management of export operations.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Ensure the administrative, logistical, and customs management of export orders, from receipt to invoicing
• Manage export documents, particularly letters of credit
• Organize and monitor shipments in connection with carriers and freight forwarders
• Coordinate exchanges with various internal and external stakeholders (customers, production, customs)
• Guarantee the fluidity of operations and compliance with deadlines
• Ensure customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

• Bac +2/3 degree in International Trade
• First successful experience in ADV / Export
• Good mastery of logistical flows and customs procedures
• Comfortable with office tools and ideally an ERP (SAP appreciated)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German would be a plus
