ACTON Uganda Ltd — We're Hiring: Field Support team

📢 ACTON Uganda Ltd is recruiting a community-based Field Support team to support the implementation of its ongoing projects in West Nile Region in the districts of Arua, Terego, Madi-Okollo, Yumbe, and Adjumani.

What you'll do:

Conduct field-level mapping and data collection on youth-owned enterprises in your district Deliver weekly, on-site coaching and mentorship visits to enterprises Provide first-line business development support and troubleshooting Submit weekly field reports on progress and emerging issues

Who we're looking for:

A Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, Agriculture. A Bachelor's degree is an added advantage. At least 2 years of experience facilitating community-based business development services, enterprise development, or mentorship training Experience conducting capacity-building training in BDS and enterprise development At least 3 years of experience in data collection Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following local languages: Kakwa, Lugbara, Madi, Arabic
