Bilingual Customer Service Leader

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Leader to join our work team in a renowned clinic located in the municipality of Chía, Cundinamarca.

Requirements:

• Professional in business administration, international business, foreign trade, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, service sales, new client agreements, management of international clients, management of commercial strategies, management of company creation, post-sales follow-ups, promotion of loyalty programs, and commercial relations in hotels, clinics, or event venues.
• Conversational English (B2) is indispensable.
