A leading private healthcare organization in Colombia is looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive new business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships at both national and international levels.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, International Business, Market Expansion, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven experience in opening new markets and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, at a B2–C1 level.
• Ability to conduct business meetings, presentations, negotiations, and professional correspondence in English.
