Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive (go-getter) accountant to manage our finances, monitor income, and track every dollar owed to us. This role involves dynamic and hands-on daily work: managing insurance claims with determination, staying on top of collections, and providing customer service support when necessary. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company in the long term. Must have a Notebook or PC and a good internet connection at home. Previous experience in the accounting field is required, as well as attention to detail skills and the ability to work independently. The candidate must be able to use accounting software and have knowledge in managing financial information systems. The job offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining the financial integrity of the company. The candidate is expected to collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the presentation of financial reports. We are looking for a proactive profile with a continuous improvement attitude. Communication and teamwork skills will be valued, although the position is predominantly individual.
