E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop accounts.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, stock information, promotions and vouchers.
• Handle customer enquiries, monitor orders and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor product and marketplace performance.
• Use spreadsheets and AI tools to assist with reporting and identify sales trends.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement online campaigns.

Job Requirement

• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Familiar with marketplace operations, promotions and customer service.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Organised, responsive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: A reliable, hands-on e-commerce operator who can manage daily marketplace activities efficiently and follow up on issues proactively.
