*Job Summary*

We are expanding and looking to work directly with a Physiotherapist. You will play a vital role in restoring and enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to promote recovery across diverse patient populations. You will have access to 2 treatment rooms at a time, Shockwave Therapy and Class 3 laser. We have an on-site 3D laser scanner for custom made orthotics for additional income. We are a ICBC accredited provider, WSIB and bill most extended benefit companies directly. You will receive referrals from 2 experienced Chiropractors to help build your case load quickly. There will also be opportunities to buy shares in the company.

*Duties*

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment strategies
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient?s specific needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities to facilitate healing and mobility
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and ongoing exercises for continued improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards

*Qualifications*

• Valid license or registration as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
• Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clear patient education
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hospital environments while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
