Sales Assistant M/F

The group supports its customers in many sectors of activity such as automotive, packaging, cosmetic industry, health and medical, electrical components, defense, or even aeronautics.

Your missions Within one of the business units, you will contribute to the smooth running of the commercial activity and notably ensure:

Sales Administration & commercial support

  • Enter, confirm, and follow up on customer and supplier orders.
  • Ensure the follow-up of international orders, from receipt to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics teams.
  • Inform customers of any supply issues: delays, postponements, partial deliveries.
  • Perform customer follow-ups on open orders, deadlines, and forecasts.
  • Provide customers with information on prices, product availability, and delivery times.
  • Update customer databases in the ERP.
  • Occasionally participate in certain commercial actions according to the directives of the Business Unit Manager.
  • Quality & documentary compliance
  • Ensure the request and transmission of product/supplier certifications.
  • Apply and respect the company's quality procedures.

PROFILE

With a Bac +2/+3 degree in commerce or sales administration, you ideally have a successful first experience in BtoB/ADV commercial support. You are comfortable with office tools and management/ERP software. Knowledge of Business Central is a plus. Your English, both written and spoken, allows you to communicate daily with your interlocutors.
