Digital Banking Services Representatives are sought for full-time employment in Athens, on behalf of a large bank. The position concerns telephone customer service and support regarding banking services and transactions, in a modern and dynamic banking work environment.

Job Description

• Serving existing customers via telephone, providing information and solutions
• Recording information and updating banking systems
• Guiding customers in the use of electronic services (internet banking)
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Providing quality service and maintaining relationships of trust with customers

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have work flexibility in rotating shifts (08:00–22:00) and:

• Communication skills and ability for active listening
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office
• Patience and ability to manage demanding cases
• Desirable experience in customer service
• Team spirit and professionalism
