🛡️ Fraud Prevention Officer | Job Description

As a Fraud Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating suspicious transactions, contributing to the security of the banking system. At the same time, you will be responsible for:

• Checking and adhering to procedures for identifying suspicious credit card transactions
• Monitoring fraud systems and investigating transaction alerts
• Communicating with Bank customers and providing instructions where required
• Recording incidents and updating banking systems
• Managing banking fraud incidents with professionalism and discretion

✅ Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess:

• High School / IEK / University / TEI Diploma
• Desirable experience in customer support or a banking environment
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with technological systems
• Ability to work in rotating 24/7 shifts
• Ability to manage demanding incidents and work under pressure
