As a Customer Service Specialist, you will undertake telephone customer service and the management of incoming banking support requests. At the same time, you will be responsible for:
- Telephone customer support for card and electronic banking matters
- Management of incoming calls and customer support requests
- Resolution of technical issues and card loss incidents
- Recording information and updating systems
- Providing immediate and professional customer service
- Building relationships of trust through quality communication
✅ Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have work flexibility in rotating shifts (08:00–22:00) and:
- Communication skills and ability for active listening
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office
- Patience and ability to manage demanding incidents
- Desirable experience in customer service or call center
- Professionalism and team spirit
