The position involves the telephonic informing of customers regarding banking products and services, as well as supporting informative and promotional activities, in a modern and organized working environment.

📞 Banking Agent | Job Description

As a Banking Agent, you will be responsible for the telephonic informing and service of the Bank's customers. At the same time, you will be responsible for:

• Informing customers about banking products and services
• Supporting informative and promotional campaigns
• Recording information and actions in the banking systems
• Updating customers' personal details
• Providing quality service and professional communication
• Managing customer support requests with consistency and responsibility

✅ Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess:

• Communication skills and the ability for active listening
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office
• Patience and the ability to manage demanding cases
• Desirable experience in customer service or call center
• Team spirit and professionalism
• Availability for work in rotating shifts
