Become a full-time store drafter at Action in Zwaagdijk-Oost! Contribute to our enormous success and ensure the perfect store blueprints. What will you be doing?

As a full-time store drafter in Zwaagdijk Oost, you are responsible for creating, adjusting, checking, and managing high-quality, uniform, and practically feasible blueprints for new, renovated, and existing Action stores in various countries. To do this, you work with the tool Blueprint Planner, in which blueprints are created, adjusted, checked, and managed.

• You translate newly established commercial principles into a store-specific blueprint;
• In doing so, you apply the applicable format standards, bandwidths, and presentation guidelines;
• You check drawings for completeness, quality, and feasibility;
• You ensure that any changes are processed correctly;
• In addition to the daily blueprint planning, you contribute to larger blueprint updates and international format projects.

Company and working hours:

As a store drafter in the Blueprint team at Action, you work closely with Real Estate, Store Operations, and Visual Merchandising. Together, we realize 'One breath, one format' in more than 3,500 stores spread across 16 countries and online.

Flexible office working hours between 08:00 and 18:00.

What we ask

• At least an mbo diploma;
• At least 2 years of work experience in retail;
• Knowledge of store layouts and shelf plans, or the ambition to learn more about this;
• You speak and write English well;
