Temporary full-time HR employee in Zwaagdijk Oost

Are you an HR employee? Start working full-time in Zwaagdijk Oost with administrative tasks regarding personnel affairs for multiple countries.

What will you do?

Are you accurate, administratively strong, and do you get energy from helping colleagues? For the international headquarters of Action in Zwaagdijk oost, we are looking for an HR Employee who will handle personnel administration for Croatia. You will join an international team and have daily contact with colleagues from various European countries.

Your tasks will include:

• Drafting and processing employment contracts;
• Checking data of new employees;
• Providing a good administrative onboarding;
• Processing and checking hours worked;
• Correctly registering sickness and leave;
• Processing changes, such as a change in job function or change of address;
• Answering questions from colleagues regarding personnel administration.

You will work primarily for the Croatian market, but because this company is active in multiple European countries, you will work together with colleagues from different countries. Because of this, no day is exactly the same!

What we offer

• Gross hourly wage between € 15 and €18 per hour (depending on experience);

What we ask

• At least an mbo diploma, preferably in HR;
• You have experience in the field of administration, personnel affairs, or HR;
• You speak/write English well;
• You speak an additional foreign language;
• You are available immediately for at least 32 hours per week;
• Communicatively skilled, team player, and strong individual talent.
