FINANCE IT PROJECT MANAGER - FRANCE (M/F)

Under the supervision of the Tools, Training and Projects Service Manager, your mission will be to guarantee the development and necessary evolutions of the Management Systems relating to Finance, in compliance with the management framework dictated by the DAF services. More specifically, your missions will be to:

• Coordinate the evolution of existing Financial Management Systems (SGF)
• Contribute to the evolutionary maintenance of the Finance ERP
• Participate in finance tool transformation projects In connection with the manager, contribute to studies and projects
• Communicate the progress of evolutions to all stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional projects

You hold a higher education degree in financial management, and you have at least 3 years of experience in functional management of finance IT projects. You have technical skills in the following areas: budget cycles, project tracking, accrual and cash accounting, donor reporting standards, instructional engineering, project management. You have an advanced Excel level and master the functioning of an ERP. You have skills in business intelligence (Power BI, Power Query). You are pedagogical and have good communication and problem-solving skills. Working in an international environment, you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
