NUTRITION HEALTH PROGRAM PROJECT OFFICER - FRANCE (M/F)
Your mission will be to contribute to the deployment of the Nutrition Health component of the program information system (PRIMS) across the Action contre la Faim France country offices, and more specifically to: Organize the definition of the nutrition health component of the PRIMS program information system on a global scale Collect, with the help of the Operational Technical Referents, the existing Nutrition-Health databases Ensure, with the Nutrition and Surveillance Referent, the work concerning the definition of the nutrition health standard, using international standards and the national criteria of ministries of health or health clusters Write the functional specifications Contribute to the creation of the system configuration packages Coordinate the definition of standard Nutrition/Health dashboards Contribute to the development of training materials Participate in the creation of communication materials for the dissemination of the PRIMS deployment methodology Participate in the creation of the NHF site for documenting methods and tools in program data management Participate in the improvement of the methods and tools used for the deployment of PRIMS Implement the PRIMS deployment methodology for the Nutrition Health component Participate in the development and updating of the deployment plan Plan the stages, ensure follow-up, and report progress to the Program Data Management Expert and the steering committee Support change management, lead the development of a communication plan, and contribute to its implementation Present the deployment methodology to the teams (Country Office and regional Pool) Train designated country office personnel on roles and responsibilities, as well as on the tools and methods they will need to use Facilitate the setting up of PRIMS deployment steering committee meetings in a country office Participate in Nut/Health project committee meetings and Nut/Health department meetings Ensure that deployment documentation is up to date and of high quality Exchange with the Program Data Management Expert on the proposed data models Present deployment progress in Pool meetings
Holder of a Master's degree in nutrition, public health, epidemiology, health statistics, or a related field, you have demonstrated knowledge of health information systems (HMIS), ideally DHIS2. Additional training in data management, health information systems, or health informatics is an asset. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in nutrition/health in humanitarian or development contexts, including at least part of that in monitoring-evaluation, health/nutrition program data management, or technical coordination. You have experience in one or more field contexts (NGO, MOH, UNICEF, etc.), and you have participated in projects involving the digitalization of monitoring, mobile collection, or the harmonization of indicators. You master malnutrition management protocols (CMAM/IMAM), maternal/child nutrition and health indicators, reporting chains, Power BI (or equivalent), Kobo/ODK, CommCare, SurveyCTO... You are comfortable with critical data analysis, identification of anomalies, and continuous system improvement. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have advanced Excel skills.
