Packing Officer

Your tasks

• Control packing operations
• Summarize and report monthly performance results
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), machine operating procedures, and other related manuals in the packing department
• Improve processes and machinery

- Train and provide knowledge on operating procedures

• Analyze and resolve problems related to the department
• Coordinate with other relevant units
• Other assigned tasks

Requirements

1. Male or Female, age 25-45 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or other related fields
3. At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role or above
4. Experience in a pharmaceutical factory will be specially considered
5. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills for immediate issues
6. Good interpersonal skills, honest, patient, and ready to learn
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
8. High attention to detail
9. Basic English skills in communication, reading, and writing
