Building Systems Engineer/Facility Engineer (Urgent)

Your tasks

1. Systems Work

• Electrical systems
• HVAC systems
• Fire protection systems
• Solar cell systems

2. Control and Testing Work

• Coordination with various contractors
• Inspecting system installation to ensure compliance with designs
• Testing systems before use

- Troubleshooting problems occurring during testing

1. Maintenance Work

• Maintenance planning
• Analyzing and improving energy consumption

4. Supervising subordinates' operations

1. Preparing related documents/information

Requirements

1. Male, aged 25 years and above
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Building System Technology, or other related fields
3. At least 3 years of experience
4. Experience in pharmaceutical factories will be specially considered
5. Able to use Auto CAD, Solid Edge, or other related programs
6. High attention to detail
7. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
8. Ability to plan, monitor work, and make systematic decisions
9. Basic English skills in communication, reading, and writing
