Tasks

• Monitoring and coordination of all activities on the yard (incl. loading and unloading of vehicles)
• Organization and allocation of parking spaces for trucks and other vehicles
• Compliance with and monitoring of all safety regulations on the premises
• Communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and other interfaces to optimize yard and logistics processes
• Regular inspection of the yard area to ensure order, safety, and optimal utilization

Requirements

• Ideally completed vocational training in the field of logistics, transport, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in a logistics or transport environment, ideally with a direct connection to Yard Management
• Good knowledge of safety-relevant regulations in the field of warehouse and transport
• Strong communication and organizational skills, even under time pressure
• Very good English skills (German not mandatory)
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift, Sunday to Saturday)
