Tasks

As part of a direct placement, we are looking for you as an Accounting Manager (m/f/d) for our client

• You are responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of our LBCs
• You support the Head of Accounting in building up the Accounting Department and processes, such as the creation of uniform guidelines for our accounting systems.
• You support our LBCs in all HGB matters and provide advisory support for questions.
• You support us in Tax Reporting
• You actively participate in the reporting of the HomeServe-Deutschland Group to the parent company in the UK.
• You will work closely with the managing directors of our LBCs as well as tax advisors, lawyers, and local accountants.

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in the field of Business Administration or Economics (ideally Steuerberater/in or Wirtschaftsprüfer/in)
• You have been able to gain at least 3 years of experience in accounting and are familiar with financial statements and ideally consolidation.
• You possess very good knowledge in the area of accounting and tax.
• You can communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
• You have a structured way of working as well as a hands-on mentality.
• Ideally, you bring experience from auditing.
