Dispatcher

Imagine: a driver reports a delay en route, a customer asks for an update on a delivery, and at the same time, tomorrow's schedules still need to be coordinated. You maintain the overview, switch gears quickly, and ensure that everything keeps running as planned. As a Dispatcher, you are the point of contact between customers, drivers, and transport planning. What are you going to do? No two days are the same. You ensure that transport orders are smoothly scheduled, executed, and followed up.

• You plan trips and prepare the daily schedules for the drivers.
• You follow up on transport orders from start to finish and adjust where necessary.
• You support drivers in unexpected situations such as traffic jams, technical problems, or changed routes.
• You maintain contact with customers and join the search for solutions in case of delays, damage cases, or other incidents.
• You process transport files and keep data regarding drivers, vehicles, and customers correctly up-to-date.

Additionally, you work closely with colleagues to organize the operation of the transport as efficiently as possible. Who are we looking for? For this position, we are looking for someone who already has experience within transport planning, dispatching, or a similar role. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:
