Your Profile

• You have a completed commercial or technical education
• You bring professional experience in administration or similar
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good MS-Office skills
• English in spoken and written form

Your future activities

• Creation of delivery and schedule plans
• Independent processing and tracking of customer orders
• Ongoing communication with customers regarding inquiries, deviations, and problem-solving
• Monitoring of stocks and materials
• Management and updating of customer-related data and requirements
• Participation in procurement activities, orders, schedule tracking, and coordination with suppliers

We offer

• Full-time employment (38.5 hours/week)
• The collective agreement monthly salary is € 3,449.08 gross
• Overpayment is possible depending on qualification and professional experience
