Site Manager (inter)national

Are you technically strong, organizationally talented, and ready for an international challenge? As an International Site Manager, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of assembly projects at customers both domestically and abroad. You ensure that every project is executed safely, with high quality, and according to schedule.

Job Description

• You organize and coordinate the assembly of technical installations at customers, both nationally and internationally.
• You manage your own technicians and subcontractors and monitor safety, quality, planning, and the budget on-site.
• You prepare the activities and determine the necessary materials, tools, staffing, and sequence of work.
• You closely monitor the progress of the projects and report to the project leader.
• You maintain close contact with the workshop, project management, customers, suppliers, and the internal purchasing department to guarantee smooth execution.
• You preferably possess a professional bachelor or master in (electro)mechanics or are equivalent through experience.
• You have strong technical knowledge and possess excellent organizational and communicative skills.
• You have experience in managing teams and know how to motivate people.
• You speak fluent French and English.
• You are willing to work abroad regularly (approximately 80 days per year, averaging 3 weeks per project).
